The senior associate of Sirota & Partners law firm, Ekaterina Ivanova, made a report on the topic “Shareholders Agreement: Key Issues” at the seminar arranged by the Association of graduates of the Russian School of Private Law. The seminar focused on the practical problems related to the conclusion and execution of shareholders agreements. Ekaterina highlighted the main problems associated with the enforcement of shareholders agreements and summarized the current Russian case law on this issue.
