Artem Sirota made a report at the Pravo.ru conference “COVID-19 and Business 3.0: A Rapid Change in Legal Reality”. Artem focused on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on rental obligations and legal position of tenant and landlord in the current situation. The report was based on the measures adopted by the Russian Government in order to support tenants. Artem also provided an analysis of the possible legal position of the tenant and the landlord in negotiations to reduce or defer rents based on the Russian Supreme Court recent digests on this issue.
