Senior Associate of the bureau Ekaterina Ivanova has made a report at a conference organized by “Civilistics” magazine and dedicated to important issues of corporate law. Ekaterina reviewed the recent case law on shareholders agreements. In her report, Ekaterina summarized conditions of shareholders agreements that were tested by case law and were recognized by the courts as acceptable and highlighted protection mechanisms available to the parties in case of violation of shareholders agreements.
