At the South of Russia Legal Forum organized by Pravo.ru, managing partner of the bureau Artem Sirota provided an overview of the courts' positions on the recovery of advance payments. In his report Artem highlighted limitations of recovery of advance payments under Russian law and analyzed the recent case law on this issue.
